You can pay via credit card (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX) through PayPal during checkout.

Which country do you deliver to?

We only deliver within Singapore at the moment.

What are the delivery charges?

Orders below $300 are subject to a $15 delivery charge.
Enjoy FREE delivery when you spend a minimum of $300.

How long will it take for my wine to be delivered?

Within 48h:
Monday to Friday
Extra charges for Weekend delivery $40

Same Day Delivery: (No extra charges)
Mondays to Fridays: 3pm – 8pm

Next Working Day Delivery*: (for orders received after 12pm on working days)
Mondays to Fridays: 10am – 8pm

For orders received after 12pm on Friday, delivery will be on Monday between 10am – 8pm.

No deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Who can receive my order?

The delivery must be received by persons aged 18 or above. We reserve the right to request for a valid photo ID for verification.

What if my items arrived damaged, incorrect or missing?

We strive to make sure this never happens but in the event that it does, kindly indicate on the delivery note and we will rectify the issue.

What is your return policy?

We are happy to accept returns of product that are delivered damaged or unusable for any reason.

We don’t expect this to ever happen but please call our customer service line within 24 hours of delivery in the event that it does. We are unable to accept returns if you simply change your mind and decide you no longer want the items we’ve delivered.

How do I track my online order?

How do I cancel my order?

Once you have received an email notifying that the order is being processed, it is not possible to cancel or stop the shipment. You can call 93726964 for more information regarding your order.
